Money
No, you're not going to get rich directly from being an ambassador, but you will get affiliate commissions for every person that joins Closers Village using your link. Ambassadors receive higher commission than the general affiliates in our community. You get paid an initial commission and then on-going monthly commissions as long as the person remains a member of Closers Village.
Legitimacy
When you're part of something bigger people look at you differently. They assume your important and tend to look up to you more. It's just what happens. We're not suggesting you'll become a world icon but people will look at you differently, including coaches and other closers, which could open up new opportunities. The more social proof you have that confirms you're a respected professional the more people believe it.
Become A Coach
We will be looking to our Ambassadors first as we add coaches to Closers Village. Our goal is to have a significant amount of live coaching calls every week and you'll get first shot. Obviously you have to meet certain standards but if you do then good chance we'll be able to use you. This will add to that legitimacy even more and we'll be paying you for your time!
Become a Leader
Just like the coaching opportunity we will be looking to our Ambassadors first to fill various leadership roles. This could be a leadership position with Closers Village or with our sister business (Valeris Sales) as a sales manager on a deal. The point is, Ambassadors will be our inner circle, and will always be who we go to first to fill roles.
Growth
There will be plenty of opportunities for coaching, leadership, and making money BUT if you are not committed to your own growth we don't want you as an Ambassador. As an Ambassador you will have unlimited free access to Closers Village. You should be utilizing the content and community for your own growth, striving to be at your absolute best. We only want hungry, growth-minded closers!

What is an Ambassador?
An Ambassador at Closers Village is someone who represents closers village and recruits closers to become part of the community. They support the strategies and perspectives of Closers Village and come alongside Closers Village community members. They are our first line, the team we depend on, and the people we look to first when coaching and leadership opportunities arise. They say "it takes a village" ... we belive that, and you are the ones helping us lead the charge as we build this awesome community!
What Does An Ambassador Do?
This will outline the expectations for our Ambassadors. This is not a role we take lightly and so we genuinely need all Ambassadors to follow through in order for us to achieve our goals.
Recruit
This is the most important part of your role as we launch Closers Village. Ultimately we are looking for people who have a following of some kind and carry influence over other closers. As we get things moving this will still be an important part of the role but begin to even out with other acitivities. Our expectation is that each Ambassador adds a minimum of 10 closers per month to Closers Village.
Be Present
We need you to be actively involved in the community, interacting with members. Whether it be encouraging them, answering questions, challenging them, adding helpful information, or celebrating a win ... we need our Ambassadors present to create a vibrant community. We know this is not a full time job and so we're not looking for crazy hours but if everyone can check in a few times a day and interact a bit that will get it done.
Represent the Brand
It's critical that Ambassadors are in alignment with what we teach and represent our general brand well. It doesn't mean we need to agree on everything but we need to know that there is consistency, that you support what we teach, and when people interact with you, they are getting a true sense of what Closers Village is about and who we are. This is why it wil be important for you to look over our course overview and core values to ensure we align.
Grow With Us
Our hope is that many if not all Ambassadors end up taking on much larger and more full time roles with Closers Village or Valeris Sales. As we've said, we will look to you first for senior closer roles, management roles, coaching roles, and other leadership roles. We do not require you to take on a more formal role but we are hoping that many of you will be open and excited about that opportunity. The ideal is starting as an Ambassador and ending up a leader.

Someone who has a good number of connections with other closers and carries a level of influence. When they talk people listen.
Aligned
It's critical that you're fully aligned with what we teach in Closers Village and feel you can support our sales strategies and approach, so that you can be acting with full integrity.
Hungry
You're hungry to succeed and extremely growth oriented. You put in the work, show up, and have high expectations of yourself and others.
